<post_title>GWHCC Client Survey 2025</post_title>
<post_content_short>Goldfields Women's Health Care Centre (GWHCC) is conducting an online client survey to assess your satisfaction with the services you are
using and to ensure we are providing you with the support and services you need. We believe it’s important to collect and hear your
feedback, which will assist us in making improvements and ensuring that we are responsive to your needs.

The survey will be open from 17 March to 30 April 2025 and will take about 10 minutes to complete. It is anonymous—you don’t need to leave
your name, and we won’t know who you are.

We also have paper copies of the client survey at reception (in case you can’t access it online). If you are a young woman under 18, you can
participate with parental consent. Please ask one of our team members for the consent form.

Women who complete the survey have the option to enter into a draw to win a $100 Kal Dollar gift voucher. However, to be in the draw, you
must leave a phone number or email so we can contact you (this will be kept anonymous from the data).

If you have any further enquiries, please speak to the friendly staff at GWHCC. Thank you for working with us to improve our services for
	women in our community 😊.
