Led by local GPs and counsellors, this session will provide clear, age-appropriate information about the physical, emotional, and social changes that occur during puberty. Our goal is to empower young girls with knowledge, confidence, and healthy coping strategies as they navigate this important stage of life.

A practical workshop exploring how the natural shifts of the menstrual cycle influence energy, focus, and overall wellbeing. Participants are supported to tune into their own cycle patterns, understand what their body may be communicating, and feel more empowered.

All proceeds go directly to Cancer Council, either through a gold coin on arrival or via the QR codes for direct donations to Cancer Council.

Parental consent forms are requited to be completed for children aged under 16. 

Morning & Afternoon Tea and an activity are included. Prizes to be won.
