An 8 Week program on Thursdays 4-5pm starting 8th February at Courtz Fitness & Nutrition, Wilson Street, Kalgoorlie

The program will be facilitated by Exercise Physiologist Jess Moore from Goldfields Physio, designed for Teenage Girls aged 12-17 years
