In support of International Yoga Day, we are hosting a FREE group yoga session at Centennial Park.

DATE: Sunday 21 June 2026, from 10:00AM - 11:00AM

Led by Maja, you will be guided through a relaxing and restorative yoga session, suitable to all skill and fitness levels. Bring your yoga mat or a towel, grab a spot on the lawn at the soundshell and join in for this wholesome event.

Led by local GPs and counsellors, this session will provide clear, age-appropriate information about the physical, emotional, and social changes that occur during puberty. Our goal is to empower young girls with knowledge, confidence, and healthy coping strategies as they navigate this important stage of life.
